Hello

My name is Andi Posey, LPC, MAC, KAP

I'm Andi Posey, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic Psychotherapist, and Shamanic Practitioner. I founded Exhale Arts from a deep belief that healing is most effective when we care for the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and nervous system.

My approach has been shaped by both professional training and personal exploration. Through my studies in anthropology and my experiences learning from Eastern and Indigenous healing traditions, I came to appreciate the profound wisdom these traditions offer. Many ancient healing systems understood that the body holds not only our pain and trauma, but also our innate capacity for healing. While evidence-based psychotherapy provides valuable tools, I believe lasting transformation occurs when we integrate the wisdom of the body and spirit into the healing process.

At Exhale Arts, I blend traditional psychotherapy with somatic therapies, clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, expressive arts, vibroacoustic sound therapy, Reiki, and shamanic healing practices. My work is grounded in science while remaining open to the deeper dimensions of human experience and healing.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the effects of chronic stress on the nervous system. My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized. Together, we create a safe space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about creating the conditions for balance, regulation, and self-discovery so that your natural capacity for healing can emerge. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and into a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
