Exhale Arts is a holistic psychotherapy and coaching practice located in Burlington, Wisconsin. We offer an integrative approach to healing that combines somatic psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies, meditation, and energy-based healing practices to support emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Founded by Andi Posey, LPC, MAC, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Shamanic Practitioner, Exhale Arts specializes in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and the mind-body connection. Drawing from both evidence-based psychotherapy and Eastern and Indigenous healing traditions, Andi helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance. Healing is viewed as a collaborative process, and each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and lived experiences of the individual. Heart Centered Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help individuals access their subconscious mind. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with skilled psychotherapy to support deeper healing, insight, and emotional transformation.
